Randy is a 39 year resident of Green Valley. After serving in the AZ House of Representatives, Randy helped to establish the Chamber’s Government Relations Committee and served as chair of the committee for 10 years. He served on the Board of Directors and was Chairman of the Board before he accepting the position as President & CEO in July, 2019.

Katarina (Kat) Bevilacqua - Executive Assistant

Kat Bevilacqua joined our staff in February, 2024 as the Executive Assistant to the Chamber President/CEO. Kat is a great compliment to the staff here at the Chamber and will direct traffic and assist in coordinating all aspects of Chamber activities.

Cathy Chrismer is our Communications Director and Volunteer Coordinator. Cathy maintains our website, publishes the weekly e-newsletter, is editor of the bi-monthly Activity Guide and keeps our members and the community current on Chamber and local activities.

Sydney Watts joined the Chamber in October, 2024 as the Director of Membership Engagement.  Sydney is the first point of contact for members with questions about the Chamber and the benefits we provide.
