Pima County Meets Moderate Benchmark for Businesses to Re-open

As of today, Pima County is now in moderate compliance. You can find all relevant information on the Business Dashboard.

All businesses reopening should refer to the ADHS Business Guidelines

Attestation:

Businesses in counties with minimal or moderate spread should fill out the ADHS reopening attestation.

  • IF you are in the Informal Settlement Conference process, please still fill out the Reopening Attestation.
  • Additionally, IF you were in a county with substantial spread and were approved to reopen before your county hit moderate, you should refill out the attestation form.

Bottom line: fill out the attestation form. This process is instantaneous, if your county meats the metrics. The attestation must be posted in a visible location at the business.

Database:

ADHS has a database of businesses, in counties with moderate spread, that have completed the attestation. The entire database, including those who have been approved in counties with substantial spread, should be updated soon.

Substantial Spread:
If you are still in a county with substantial spread, you should complete the ADHS reopening attestation form and follow the instructions for the Informal Settlement Conference.

Non-Compliance:

Yesterday, ADHS announced steps to identify non-compliance by businesses. This includes a public online form, and a new business compliance hotline to intake complaints (1-844-410-2157), which will begin operations today. This compliance referral document outlines which state and local entities may take compliance action.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL bars and restaurants with a Liquor license in the state of Arizona will have to abide by the stricter guidance, which includes no standing, no dancing, no parlor games, 50% occupancy, etc.

EVENTS: For now, nothing has changed and events with 50 people or more are still to be approved by the Local Governing Body.
