PART TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER NEEDED
FOR SELF-STORAGE FACILITY IN SAHUARITA
Friendly customer-service oriented person needed 16 hours per week to assist in the management and maintenance of a self-storage facility. Must be reliable, flexible, have own transportation and be willing to work during the week and on Saturdays as the schedule dictates.
You will be covering for the Manager’s day off one day per week and assist with the maintenance of the facility for the remaining schedule.
This is sales, customer service and maintenance position.
For Sales and Customer Service, must have excellent telephone and communication skills, basic knowledge of computers including e-mail and Microsoft Office skills and a strong attention to details.
Primary duties include sales, marketing and office administration duties, greeting existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries over the phone, internet and in-person, renting units, completing lease agreements and related paperwork, handling Penske truck reservations, and assisting customers.
Outside Maintenance: Must be able to work outside assisting with cleaning of vacant units, making sure doors roll up easily, preventive maintenance of the coolers, painting, using leaf blower, keeping drive way clean, weeding and keeping up the curb appeal.
We offer hands-on training for the on-site rental and management software system (Sitelink). Previous industry experience is helpful but not required. Hourly rate starting at
$10.50 per hour depending on experience. Employment subject to background and drug screening.
