Jim DiGiacomo, our President and CEO, has been with the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center since 1983 as a member and business owner. Jim served on various Chamber committees over the years and was President for four. In 2001, Jim became the President and CEO of the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center. A well known figure in the business community, Jim was on the Board of Trustees for Northwest Medical and served as Chair for ACE (AZ Chamber Executives) an organization that represents over 70 different chambers and associations. Currently Jim is on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Tucson Convention and Visitors Bureau, a position he has held for six years. You can find Jim at the Chamber offices Monday thru Friday, as he is the first one there and the last one to leave, and at most all Chamber and Community events.
Mary Ann Simonds, the Chamber’s bookkeeper, joined our staff in 2014. With an extensive background in both bookkeeping and office management, Mary Ann moved to the area in 1997 to join her family who have been long time residents. Mary Ann is an important member of the Chamber team and helps keep the office running.
Cathy Graf, the newest member of our team, is here to help with our communication needs. A resident of Green Valley since 1984, she will be helping to maintain our website and keeping our members current to chamber and community activities.
